0.5 oz Banana Bread Syrup
2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Build: Stir in mixing glass with ice, strain over large rock.
Garnish: dehydrated banana chip or expressed orange peel.

2 oz Bourbon
0.75 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
0.75 oz Maple Pecan Syrup
Frothing bitters (or 0.75 oz aquafaba) frothing bitters Build: Shake with ice, strain out ice, add egg white, shake again (reverse dry shake). frothing bitters Double strain into rocks glass. Serve in chilled glass, no ice. frothing bitters Optional garnish: candied pecan or lemon wheel.

0.75 oz Ube Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
2 oz Soda Water (top)
Build: Shake vodka, syrup, lemon with ice, strain into Collins over ice, top with soda.
Garnish: purple orchid + mini bamboo pick with torched marshmallow.

1.5 oz Mezcal (espadrilypven)
1.5 oz Licor 43
1 oz Fresh Espresso
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Build: Shake all with ice, double strain into coupe or small rocks glass.
Optional garnish: espresso bean, orange twist, or grated dark chocolate.
